About Me

Membership number 24480

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and I have several years of experience working with individual adults from ages 22-78, in a secure and safe environment. I work face to face on a one to one basis.

Counselling can help if you are suffering from anxiety, depression or panic attacks; you may be having relationship difficulties or have experienced a loss or trauma; you may be experiencing stress at work or feel generally confused about which direction your life is taking.

I am not here to give advice, but I offer a warm and empathic approach, where I aim to create a safe and confidential space for us to explore your thoughts and feelings together, without judgement. The type of work I do is usually open ended to enable you to work through your issues at your own pace, although you may initially only want to commit to coming for a few sessions and this can be agreed at the start.

My practice is based at St George’s House, in Cheltenham town centre, which is also within easy reach of Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cirencester.
